They have never see green field or cows grazing in them. They do not know what nature even is. It appears that humans have finally destroyed our world with a nuclear bomb. They have harnessed a wrom hole and they hope to use it to travel back in time to alter the discovery of nuclear fission. No nuclear bomb. ( Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2021 )

The Novel was captivating and the characters were both fantastic and believable. The story begins In the 25th century in the vast inner caverns of Earth. One human has been selected to travel to the past to preserve all humanity from destruction and a cataclysmic nuclear war. The prevention of humanity’s annihilation weighs on the shoulders of a young protagonist called Proteus who is is sent backward to early 20th century London.
